Police Cuffs Innocent Black Man While He Was Eating With His Family

If it's not one thing, it's another. A man was sitting eating in a mall with his family when all of a sudden, cops popped up and tried to cuff him while he was eating. No one knew what was going on. And you know what it was? Racial profiling. He was cuffed because cops claimed he fit the description of a black man with locks who was using stolen credit cards. But what's crazy is that the police didn't initially approach the man to ask for his I.D., according to the video, recorded by the man's wife. The police weren't even wearing masks but proceeded to walk the man out of the mall to finally explain after they realized they messed up and had the wrong guy. By the way, while the wife was getting an explanation from the police, she panned her phone and saw another black man being questioned by cops. Oh, this family was pissed and we don't blame them. They embarrassed this man and they tried to apologized, only after they walked him out of the mall with the cuffs when the family tried to tell them they didn't own a black vehicle that the cops were looking for. According to TMZ, the innocent man, Jamar Mackey said it was very traumatic for him and the Virginia Beach PD chief Paul Neudigate just formally apologized for the interaction and said his department is gathering facts and video before releasing a full analysis of what happened and what went wrong.
