FDA Clears Pfizer Vaccine and They Are Rolling Out This Week

We are hoping to definitely bring these numbers down from the coronavirus. Of course there have been talks and meetings with the FDA trying to find out it they will approve the Pfizer COVID vaccine. Well, according to New York Times, the FDA cleared the vaccine after hearing the research materials and answering questions from Pfizer’s vaccine experts. The roll out is going on now for people to be vaccinated with the first batch. NBC 10 says Philly hospitals will get the vaccine starting on Tuesday. So who will get this vaccination first? The vaccine will first be available for frontline healthcare workers then to the essential workers. New Jersey will also get their vaccines on Tuesday. As for Delaware, the vaccine should also arrive on Tuesday with a 3-tier plan set in place. So as for the first week, about 2.9 million doses of the vaccine is expected to be distributed in this first week. As far as the public, it could be in February when the regular citizen can be vaccinated.
