Meek Mill Catches Heat Over Comments About Violence in Philly

We've heard people say we need more peace in our communities and of course speak out about the senselessacts of violence. However, when Meek Mill decided to speak out about the violence in his hometown, people basically went in on the Philly rapper. Meek initially sent out a tweet that read, "I’ll get all the main big artist in philly a deal if they put them bodies behind them and squash them beefs …I hear about ….got some hot young bulls from my city but they all beefing!" I mean, that sounds like a great offer, but the next thing we know, he is going back and forth with another Philly rapper, Poundside Pop. I can't really tell you what they were beefing about because Meek has since deleted his Twitter and his Instagram account. Damn! The comments you all had ran that man off of social media. Meek seems to have had enough of the mess. But people were going in on Meek being labeled a hypocrite just for trying to be positive and calling for an end to the violence. Someone did post how can he call an end to violence when he has Killadelphia as his location. Ouch! So does that mean no one is taking Meek up on his offer, though?
