Fivio Foreign was arrested over the weekend. According to XXL, Fivio was arrested in Edgewater, N.J. on Saturday on a simple assault charge, in which he's accused of purposefully and knowingly causing bodily injury to another person. But it seems like this story almost slipped through. As of yet, he is in jail with no bond posted. As far as all of the details as to what happened and what lead to the arrest and charges aren't known right now. Hopefully things work out because he has been on his grind and was even featured with stylist Misa Hylton for MCM's Remix shop, which, also feature Mary J. Blige and Rapsody.
