Michael Jordan Takes On a New Sport and Teams With Bubba Wallace

Michael Jordan may be retired, but he still likes sports and definitely seems open to trying things. Of course we know him as the GOAT when it comes to basketball, but he also plays golf. And remember that one time he was also a baseball player? Well now that he is retired, he sticks to his golf, but now he has his eyes set on race car driving. We don't think he will get behind the wheel. However, TMZ reports Michael and Denny Hamlin are starting a single car NASCAR Cup Series team for next year, 2021 and they are teaming with Bubba Wallace to be the driver. Michael said, "Growing up in North Carolina, my parents would take my brothers, sisters & me to races, and I've been a NASCAR fan my whole life. The opportunity to own my own racing team in partnership w/my friend, Denny Hamlin, & to have Bubba Wallace driving for us, is very exciting for me." As for Bubba, he is excited about this new venture.
