Florida Cities Plan To Lift the 13 Year Old "Saggy Pants" Ban!

The year is 2007 and Florida officials plan to rid themselves of "Baggy Pants". Florida officials than create a ban in certain Florida cities that according to www.news.sky.com, "The city commission in Opa-locka, northeast of Miami, has voted 4 to 1 to repeal both the original 2007 legislation and a 2013 ordinance that said men and women could receive civil citations if they breached the ban."

Vice Mayor Chris Davis stated, "I felt it disproportionately affected a certain segment of our population, which is young, African-American men", according www.news.sky.com.

As of now, the the ban is set to be lifted sooner than later.
