The President Admitted He Downplayed Pandemic Back in February

Okay, if you have been watching the President during his coronavirus briefings that he has been giving us for months, you may have questioned a lot of things. At one point the president said don't wear a mask, then he said to wear one. He said something about injecting disinfectant, or something dumb like that. Look, he has said a lot but not we are really hearing what he said about the pandemic. According to The New York Times, the president had multiple conversation with journalist Bob Woodward for months, even before the public really knew of the COVID-19 pandemic or how deadly it was. Woodward has about 18 interviews that will be a part of his book called "Rage." During a particular interview with Trump back on Feb. 7, the president told the journalist he was aware it was deadly. This man said he knew how deadly this virus was. Days later, the president told a news anchor, that America was in good shape and that we only had 11 cases but the people were healing rapidly and that we had the virus under control. Of course, all lies. Woodward said on 60 Minutes that the president has a duty to warn Americans and it's not good because it was deceit. The president admitted that he downplayed the virus but claims he will continue to do so because he wants to reduce panic. No, what you need to do is panic if he is elected for another term because if he downplayed this virus that he claimed we had under control, imagine all of the other things he may have downplayed. You can check out journalist Bob Woodward's 60 Minutes interview on this Sunday.
