College Football May Get Canceled With Decisions Coming This Week

This coronavirus pandemic is messing up so many things. Sports has definitely been an issue with this virus. Players from various sports have opted out as their leagues are trying to return to normal with games in basketball, football, baseball and more. However, what about the college students? What about NCAA and college football? While some players and teams what to play, some colleges are making sure their teams aren't getting sick. According to Sports Illustrated, a source said they believe football will be postponed in all conferences. The Big Ten is expected to cancel its football season, according to the Detroit Free Press. But there are also reports that the season could just be pushed back. Meanwhile both the Pac-12 and Big 12 have calls with league presidents on Tuesday night that might present the first scheduled opportunity for Power 5 leagues to formally vote on postponement. Players and coaches have launched a campaign saying they want to play. This definitely could be a major issue because some players have scholarships, some are looking to go pro and this will definitely interrupt things, but do you prefer them to be safe or take risks?
