Kevin Hart Wants His Sex Tape Lawsuit to Be Dismissed

Kevin Hart definitely went through a situation when word got out that he had an affair, a very brief stint that involved a sex tape. Years ago, Kevin said he was framed by one of his own friends, Jonathan "JT" Jackson, who secretly filmed Kevin's sexcapade with a woman, Montia Sabbag. Well Sabba believed Kevin and JT conspired to record the sex tape, although Kevin didn't know about it. Well in 2019, Sabbag sued Kevin for about $60 million. According to The Jasmine Brand, Kevin wants the case dismissed. Sabbag filed for the lawsuit twice, but the first time, she didn't do it correctly. However, the second time, when the filing was done properly, Kevin wasn't served properly because the person who was trying to serve the papers basically through the papers out of his window at a security guard. Well, Kevin is asking a judge to dismiss that lawsuit because Sabbag filed most of her claims beyond the statute of limitations for them. You can tell Kevin just wants to put this all behind him. But the thing is, he did mention it in his six-part Netflix documentary entitled "Kevin Hart: Don’t F**k This Up" where he talked about his extramarital affair and Eniko Hart even talked about how hurt she was. But the two have moved on and are doing good these days, waiting for the arrival of their second child together.
