Jada Pinkett-Smith took herself to her own Red Table Talk. Sitting on the other side of her was husband Will Smith. In the 12 minute video they addresses the rumor of Jada having a relationship with R&B singer August Alsina. They started by saying that neither Will nor Jada gave the press any statement about the rumored relationship. Jada described it as a private journey that became public and an entanglement. The relationship with August happened four years ago when Jada and Will were separated and trying to figure out their next move. Jada believes the reason August said he had "Will's permission" and is because it wasn't a secret and he didn't want to appear like a "homewrecker" but no, they did not have a conversation about it. The relationship or the "entanglement" as Jada called it, ended when August ceased all communication. Many question the authenticity of the video because some felt they were looking at two actors "act." It concluded with Will saying he could love Jada through anything.
