It seems like he lost total control of his red Ferrari in the rain while driving on the highway. According to TMZ, Yachty will be okay, but while he was driving in the rain, when his car hydroplaned and his car spun out and smashed into a barrier along the shoulder. Have you been in a car and you hydroplaned? You know how scary that can be. We hear Yachty had minor injuries but don't know if he went to the hospital.
