2 Chainz Sued Over The Name of His Atlanta Restaurant

Rapper 2 Chainz is about to face a battle he may not want to be in. The rapper has his Escobar restaurant, however, Pablo Escobar's family company, Escobar Inc., is suing 2 Chainz for at least $10 million, according to TMZ. They aren't cool with 2 Chainz using the name for his restaurants. It seems 2 Chainz used the family name on the restaurants as well as social media and Escobar's family does not approve. The family said 2 Chainz's restaurants violates federal law with its unauthorized commercial use of the Escobar name and likeness and apparently, 2 Chainz has been using the likeness, not just the name but images as well, inside the restaurant. Escobar Inc. not only wants the money, but also an injunction blocking use of the name and likeness at the restaurants.
