Faith Evans was arrested a few weeks ago for domestic violence against her husband, Stevie J. The two got into a heated argument which turned violent and Stevie called the cops. He just wanted her to leave but not get arrested, but she was when a cop noticed scratches on Stevie's face. Well last week was her birthday and it seemed like the two were in a better space because he posted a video about his loving wife on her birthday. And maybe the two are better these days because according to TMZ, the domestic violence case has been dismissed because the Stevie declined to testify against Faith. Word is he never wanted her prosecuted or even arrested from jump.
