Kanye West Donates $2 Million to Families of Arbery, Taylor and Floyd

Many celebrities have been joining every day people in the nationwide protests. They understand what's going on. Well word is Kanye West decided to speak out in a different way. TMZ reports the Chicago rapper, who we have seen wear a MAGA hat, is taking action. Kanye is helping the families of Ahmaud Arbery, who was shot by two white men while jogging. Kanye is helping the family and legal team of Breonna Taylor, an EMT who was gunned down by cops while sleeping in her home. Kanye will also help the family of George Floyd. Ye' decided to even join protestors on Thursday and came out to walk with them in the Chicago streets. As far as helping, Ye' has donated $2 million and set up a 529 college savings fund to fully cover tuition for Floyd's 6-year-old daughter,Gianna. Plus, a rep confirms Kanye is helping out and donating to several black-owned businesses in his hometown and nationwide that have been in crisis and impacted by the unrest in the U.S. This makes me wonder how his views are now on the current president.
