Kodak Black Plans to Sue Fed Who Leaked Photo of Him in Custody

I feel like Kodak Black may be reaching here, but while he is locked up, he is about to be beefing with a U.S. Marshal. Kodak is upset that a photo was allegedly leaked of him getting cuffed before going to jail. According to TMZ, Kodak's attorney filed a complaint alleging one of the Miami Dade Police Department members took a photo, illegally, of Kodak while in custody. But it wasn't the police department but maybe someone from the U.S. Marshals Service. Kodak and his people are mad because they say that photo served no law enforcement purpose but was used in a local paper without permission. He is trying to make a case but is probably just upset about the photo being used. The crazy thing is, Kodak looked to be smiling in the photo as if it was okay for the person to snap it.
