Pop Smoke's Murder Investigation on Pause Because of COVID-19

Pop Smoke's career was kicking off when he was gunned down and murdered in a home in L.A. back in February. His murderers haven't been caught yet. If you can recall, the murder was a targeted hit and not an armed robbery and some first though. But unfortunately, Pop Smoke's murder investigation will have to be put on pause for now. According to TMZ, the LAPD's top priority is response to COVID-19 and related issues. That is putting the investigation on hold. Well, it's not quite on hold but resources are limited. It was already difficult for the cops to speak to witnesses because there were some who didn't want to talk. But when the detectives are able to investigate Pop Smoke's murder, they still try to go out and safely speak face-to-face with people in an attempt to gather evidence. I'm sure this doesn't make his family happy, but I am sure they understand the craziness during this pandemic.
