Teddy Riley v. Babyface Turns into Epic Fail, Rescheduled

I was hype when Babyface posted he was getting over the COVID-19 and was accepting the challenge to battle Teddy Riley on Instagram Live. It was a challenge Swizz Beatz and Timbaland put together during the quarantine, to keep people entertained. T-Pain and Lil Jon did the battle and had fun. However, as many were waiting for the OG's like Teddy and Babyface go head to head with classics, we didn't get that on Saturday night. Instead, there were so many technical difficulties. Teddy had a whole set up with DJ, hype man, keys, mics and a TV screen and his team couldn't get things right. Babyface kept it simple and it was just himself in what looked to be a private studio. But when it was time to play the music, Teddy had echos and the volume wasn't cool at all. Babyface kept patient as Teddy put everyone on hold to try to fix things. However, after an hour of this, and even an entire "start over," the two said they would be back after they worked some things out. A lot of people believe Teddy as doing too much instead of just playing the music. But the two have agreed to reschedule things. In fact, the plan is to do it again tonight at 8. Let's hope they spoke with Swizz and Timbaland to get a better idea of how to do this. By the way, Teddy was definitely the trending topic and was turned into all types of memes after that failed battle on Saturday. But it seemed like Teddy took it with a grain of salt because he even reposted one of the hilarious jokes. Will you be tuned in tonight?
