Actress and model, Karrueche Tran, says to pay up to her ex-manager. She is suing her former manager, Yaqwb Muhammed aka Jacob York, and his company Electric Republic. She claims they refuse to pay her money that she is owed. She signed with the company in 2016. Karrueche paid her manager 20% commission from all projects and allowed him to collect her money owed from her various projects. However, she found out Jacob didn't tell her about a lot of money she she was owed, from personal appearances to royalties. She sued him for about $1.4 million. The Blast reports a Los Angeles judge has ordered Karreuche’s lawsuit against Jacob, will remain in California. Jacob was trying to move the Case to Georgia. But the judge said, "The parties have had significant contacts with the Central District of California. Tran lives and works in Los Angeles County. There is also a clear connection between Defendants’ contacts with California and Plaintiff’s claims against them." But her battle is not over.
