Toddler Shot, Man Killed as Philly is on Pace for Most Homicides in a Decade
You would think this quarantine would make us kill each other less, but here we are. This morning, a 22 year old man and toddler were shot in a parked car at Chelten Avenue and 2nd Street in Philadelphia. The man died from his wounds and the toddler is currently in the hospital. Mayor Kenney made a statement today around the city's murders, which is on pace to be the highest in a decade.
