A woman claimed Fetty Wap got physical with her back in June. She claimed the rapper grabbed her by the neck making it hard for her to breath and then Fetty tossed her against a wall at a house in Hollywood Hills. But the crazy thing is the woman didn't want to press charges at first, but then changed her mind 3 months later. According to TMZ, Fetty was under investigation for the incident that took place but he is cleared now. The L.A. County District Attorney's office say Fetty will not be charged for the alleged attack because there was not enough evidence to prove the case beyond "reasonable doubt." Why change your mind 3 months later? There was also a witness from the incident but she refused to provide identifying information.
