SMH: Young Father was Man Killed in City Line Ave Target Shooting
You have to be careful everywhere you go nowadays. Locals were shocked last night when a shooting at the Target near City Line Avenue in Bala Cynwyd injured 3 people. One of those victims, Daykwan Carter, died from his wounds. Carter was a young father of an 8 year old daughter. This was the 31st murder in Philly already this year.
