I am pretty sure DaBaby is sitting back and laughing at this. That one time when DaBaby was arrested for allegedly robbing a club promoter had Baby locked up. Let's go back a bit. A club promoter met up with DaBaby and his crew so the rapper could be paid. The promoter was supposed to pay $30k but only gave the rapper $20k and that's when an altercation went down, which, eventually led to the promoter being attacked and robbed for about $80 and a phone. Well, the promoter, Kenneth Carey says he suffered facial injuries from that altercation and is threatening to sue DaBaby, according to TMZ. However, DaBaby can avoid a lawsuit if the two can settle outside the court. Insert laughter here because you know that means money and DaBaby was basically robbed of getting all of his money for the gig. DaBaby has until the end of next week to get back to Carey and his lawyers.
