DaBaby is out of jail following his weekend of being locked up over a robbery charge against a promoter. The promoter was supposed to pay the rapper $30k but only gave DaBaby $20k and that's when the rapper's crew beat up the promoter. Well now, DaBaby is somewhat speaking about the situation via his Instagram. He calls his jail stint a failed attempt to break his spirits. He continues to talk about the "janky promoters" and how the promoter is itching for a lawsuit but won't win and he will remain composed and is working on more music. The other day, there was word that the promoter was preparing to possibly hit DaBaby with a lawsuit, but considering the promoter didn't pay all the money, it makes you wonder who would win that lawsuit.
