Trey Songz has been hit with a $10 million lawsuit. A woman claims Trey sexually assaulted her. According to The Blast, a Georgia woman known as Jane Doe says on January 1, 2018, Trey invited her to a nightclub after spending New Year's Eve at Diddy's house. At the club, the woman said Trey "forcefully placed his hand under her dress without her consent. And now she is suing Trey for $10 million. A part of the suit read, "This is a lawsuit arising from a sexual assault and battery committed by NEVERSON upon JANE DOE while the two were partying at the E11even Miami night club (“E11even”) on January 1, 2018. This suit is based on claims of Assault, Battery, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress. Plaintiff is seeking more than Ten Million dollars ($10,000,000.00) in damages." Geesh! This isn't the first time a woman has tried to sue Trey over some type of allegations of assault, so we will see how this goes, considering it's now two years later.
