It’s been a rough couple of days for Simone Biles — just five days ago, her brother was arrested for a triple murder in Ohio that additionally left two wounded. The Olympic gold medalist is now speaking out about the situation, saying she was having a hard time processing the entire situation.
Her 24-year old brother, Tevin, is facing 15 charges, including two counts of murder, one count of voluntary manslaughter, and one count of felonious assault for each of the people is accused of killing. He’s scheduled to be arraigned September 13th.
“Still having a hard time processing last weeks news. My heart aches for everyone involved, especially or the victims and their families. There is nothing that I can say that will heal anyone’s pain but I do want to express my sincere condolences to everyone affected by this terrible tragedy. I ask everyone to please respect my family’s privacy as we deal with our pain. XO”
