Something is up in PA... it was just a few weeks ago that a woman decided to urinate on a potato in a Walmart in Pennsylvania, and now a man in the Lancaster area was caught urinating on products at a Target Starbucks - and then fled the scene! What's the deal, people?!
Lancaster Crimewatch reports that at 9:45pm on Saturday August 17th, a male entered a Target Starbucks in Manheim Township, then went behind the counter of the employees section, urinated in the sink and then onto several pieces of merchandise to boot! He then fled the scene right afterward. They were even able to identify observable wet spots on his shorts from the mess.
