Disneyland Brawl Family Could Face Years In Prison As New Details Emerge

It’s far from over for the family involved in the Disneyland brawl, as new details have come to light and charges against some of them could result in years in jail.

The Orange County District Attorney formally announced charges were filed against the main offender (pink shirt guy) Avery Desmond-Edwinn Robinson, 35. He’s facing FIVE felony charges and NINE misdemeanors for his actions not only from the video but from what happened after. He’s also being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, after an alleged assault of a Disneyland cast member when being escorted out. He allegedly threatened to kill members of the cast member’s family as he was leaving Disneyland.

If convicted, he could to go prison for up to 7 years and 4 months.

Meanwhile, Andrea Robinson, his sister, is facing four misdemeanor battery charges and one misdemeanor assault charge from the fight caught on video, and she could see 2.5 years in jail if convicted. Her husband, Daman Petrie, is facing one count of misdemeanor battery, and he could face up to 6 months in jail.
