600lb Man Guilty of Selling Cocaine Can't Fit in Court Room for Sentencing

Damn! 600lb Man Guilty of Selling Cocaine Can't Fit in Court Room for Sentencing

This isn't something you see everyday... Kirk Smith was arrested and found guilty of dealing cocaine as well as possession of a firearm. When it was time for him to be sentenced, Smith could not fit into the courtroom because of his 600lb frame. In a first time scenario, the judge had to give him his sentence as he sat in the back of an ambulance. Smith will serve two years in jail after agreeing to a deal with the prosecution. Hopefully he gets it together in the next couple of years.
