- After crashing his car into a Beverly Hills home in March, Pete Davison entered an 18-month diversion program.
- Under the terms of the program, he has been ordered to complete 50 hours of community service, attend 12 hours of traffic school, and be educated at a hospital or morgue on the possible results of reckless driving, which can be completed in New York, where he resides.
- He will also be required to pay "restitution and obey all laws," per the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
