Tyler, The Creator, has just purchased another in Bel-Aire and dropped $13 million for it. He paid $2 million less than the original list price for the white stucco and wood-sided home constructed in the early ’70s but completely renovated in 2022. The home features 5,000 square feet on three levels, with four bedrooms and six baths, custom Brazilian wood floors finished in white oak, high ceilings, a state-of-the-art movie theater, and step-up cigar lounge, a saltwater pool surrounded by a wood deck, dry sauna, fire-pit, and bar and barbecue setup.
