Smith said during a press conference on Monday (March 6). Three persons were brought to the hospital in severe condition, including 33-year-old Buffalo Traffic Violations Agency employee Rhondesia Belton, who died at a local hospital. A 35-year-old lady died on March 6. One woman is in critical condition, and seven others received non-life-threatening injuries. GloRilla tweeted that she was “devastated and heartbroken” over the tragedy.
