Camden and Philly Students Need to Mask Up At School After Winter Break

Make sure your students received new masks for their holiday gifts. The Philadelphia school district is requiring students and staff mask up for the first 10 days as they return to school from their winter breaks. With the uptick up the flu, RSV and COVID, the district wants to make sure the students are safe. But not only is this the mandate for Philly schools, but also from Camden County schools as well. According to NBC 10, a spokeswoman for Philadelphia schools said that if things get worse, the masks could come back again later in the year. The COVID-29 Community level is currently at medium. For Camden students and staff, face masks will be required as part of the "short mask mandate" through the second week of the new year. So make sure your kids don't leave home without their masks.
