DaBaby and Roddy Rich Sued Over "Rockstar" Song

The collaboration between DaBaby and Roddy Rich seems to have gotten them in trouble. They are being suing for copyright infringement. Their 2020 song "Rockstar" is the subject of the matter because a producer, JuJu Beatz, claims DaBaby stole the entire beat, reported by TMZ. He claims he sent DaBaby's team the musical composition in 2019 and it was sampled in "Rockstar" without his permission. Of course, the song was released in 2020. JuJu said he has been trying to settle the situation instead of going to court, but DaBaby has been unwilling to cooperate. JuJu is suing for damages. As for Roddy Rich, this is his second lawsuit within a week over a song.
