Ellen Pompeo Says Goodbye to Shonda Rhimes' "Grey's Anatomy"

Shonda Rhimes has given us plenty of shows, but one of her longest running shows is "Grey's Anatomy." She gave us the show back in 2005 and it's still going. However, the show will possibly go on, but without one of the show's biggest stars and the character the show is base on. Ellen Pompeo was there from the beginning, but she is now parting ways with the show. Ellen starred as Meredith Grey and if you saw the recent shows, you may have felt a little shift in the show, when Ellen's character was talking about moving for the sake of her daughter. Ellen made the announcement via her social media page where she said she'd been on the show for 19 seasons. And one thing I have to say is Kudos to Ellen who even fought for other shows and movies to incorporate more women of color as the actors and stylists! It's definitely been a run for Ellen and the show but now who takes over for "Grey's Anatomy"?
