Mariah Carey Cannot Trademark "Queen of Christmas"

I feel like Mariah Carey may have thrown a diva fit when she found out she cannot use Queen of Christmas. Many people know Christmas is Mariah's favorite time of the year and of course her song, "All I Want For Christmas is You" is one of the biggest Christmas songs out? However, according to TMZ, Mariah's bid to trademark "Queen of Christmas" was rejected. The U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board denied Mariah's attempt to trademark "Queen of Christmas" along with her attempts to lock down the rights to "Princess Christmas" and "Christmas Princess." Damn, she was trying to lock down all of them. Word is Mariah has plans on using the trademark for things like fragrances, ornaments, lotions, jewelry, and more.
