N.O.R.E. Finally Obtains Driver’s License

At the age of 44 and 35 cars later, NORE just got his driver's license.
He made the announcement on Thursday on Instagram.
He said, the Yala got his license. It's over. Road rage everywhere.
I'm outside. I'm finally driving my own cars. No highway is safe.
He said he got by for years on his learner's permit.
