- The lawsuit has been filed against Travis Scott and others on behalf of the Astroworld victims.
- In the lawsuit, Henry wants 2 billion in damages from Apple Music, Live Nation, NRG Stadium, Drake, and Travis Scott. This particular suit is being filed on behalf of 282 victims that hired the attorney.
- Henry's victims allege that the festival-goers suffered heart attacks, broken bones, brain injuries, and more.
