CDC Recommends Kids 5-11 Can Get COVID Vaccine

Pfizer has been putting in some work in trying to make sure people are safe throughout this pandemic. Of course we already know about the boosters in place for people to get between Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson. There were concerns about teens getting the COVID vaccine and that was approved and recommended. But then concerns began to rise when school returned for this season and numbers starting going up because the vaccine shots were only available for children 12 and up. Well now, the CDC has recommended children 5-11 can now get the vaccine. But something for parents to know is that the kids 5-17 can only receive the Pfizer vaccine, according to the CDC site. The CDC formally recommends who should receive FDA-cleared vaccines, which is the Pfizer. Some of the vaccines rollouts have already begun.
