50 Cent Called Out Over His Reaction to Michael K. Williams’ Shocking Death

  • Black Hollywood was stunned to hear of the passing of former “The Wire” actor Michael K. Williams’ death.
  • Celebrities took to Twitter with condolences for the actor, who was found by his nephew in his Brooklyn apartment, dead from an apparent heroin overdose.
  • Williams’ castmates from The Wire and many others shared their memories but it was a post from 50 Cent that had everyone talking and Twitter users calling for his cancellation, yet again.
  • 50 posted the New York Post’s article about Williams’ death with a caption that read:“Damn if you didn’t see Raising Kanan check it out,”he captioned the post.“that fentanyl is no joke, killing the clientele. RIP michael k. Williams.”
  • Several called out the rapper/actor for his distasteful post and felt using Williams' death to promote his show was out of order.
