DaBaby Meets With HIV Awareness Organizations and Apologizes Again

I know you're wondering, how many times can one person apologize for something. DaBaby may have been canceled by some people after making homophobic comments a month ago during the Rolling Loud festival. He first came out with a crappy apology, clapped back at a few people on social media, got quiet for a minute, then released a more formal apology on social media, then deleted. So what now for the rapper? According to TMZ, DaBaby met with about 9 HIV awareness groups to discuss HIV and have people share personal stories. Remember, he also made comments about HIV during that rant as well. Apparently, these organizations sent DaBaby a letter to sit with him instead of canceling him. Word is the rapper was engaged in the conversation an apologized for what he called his inaccurate and hurtful comments about HIV and the impact it had on black and LGBTQ+ communities. Some of the groups who were there with DaBaby included Southern AIDS Coalition, the Black AIDS Institute, GLAAD, Positive Women's Network and Transinclusive Group. Let's see what happens for DaBaby after this meeting.
