Former UFC Fighter is Suing Halle Berry Over Movie

File this under trifling. Halle Berry is getting sued by a former UFC fighter. TMZ reports The fighter, Cat Zingano claims Halle offered her a movie role but didn't follow through. Cat says she met Halle back in 2019 to talk about a movie Halle was directing called “Bruised.” Halle said she wanted Cat for the movie. Halle wanted Cat to be free but then the UFC had a fight for her. Halle told Cat to skip it, citing liability concerns from the movie's insurer. Well, Cat turned down the fight and UFC released her from her contract. But the jacked up thing is that Halle changed her mind about Cat, saying that since she was no longer a UFC fighter, she couldn’t be involved in the movie. Cat was told the movie could only work with UFC fighters. Damn! That's definitely messed up so now Cat is suing Halle for damages, claiming she relied on Halle’s promise and ended up getting screwed.
