Pooh Shiesty is in jail until his trial comes up after trying to post bond for the alleged shooting that went down in a Miami club. The rapper started shooting towards the floor after having an altercation over money and a security guard was shot in the ankle. But Pooh is in jail for his shooting case that happened back in October because a judge revoked his bond for this current shooting after it was approved. Well that security guard may not be pressing charges now. According to TMZ, the man, Frivin Dor says he can't remember what happened. Apparently, he was on some serious painkillers when he spoke with police about what happened. The security said all of the chaos may have been caused by a fan, the cooling kind, that fell in a garage nearby. The security guard said he didn't even remember Pooh aiming or shooting at him. The man doesn't want to press charges, and doesn't want people to contact him about the situation either. That definitely sounds like he was either paid for his silence, or threatened. But Pooh's lawyers think it's enough for prosecutors to at least reconsider the decision not to release Pooh on bond.
