Well this seems like a shocker. Evelyn Lozada said she will not be returning to Basketball Wives. She has been on the jump since it started. This past season seemed like it was cut short because they were filming right as the pandemic hit and we didn't get the usual drama that would follow the ladies from house to house, vacation and so much more. There was drama on this past season of the show, but it was only in two homes as the ladies rented houses to hang out in before Shaunie O'Neal flew out and left to be with family. Evelyn made the announcement during a podcast where she said, "I am no longer going to do Basketball Wives. I think that it’s time for me to open up the universe to other things." She said it was a hard decision but it was time. And when you look back at the evolution (or just drama) of Evelyn, you can see her go from being a bully (remember that time with Tami Roman), to reconciling with a few ladies, to defending her daughter and more, yes, it's time for her to take a break from the show. I wonder how Shaunie feels about her good girlfriend leaving.
