‘Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’ Mo Fayne Star Charged With Bank Fraud

  • Love and Hip Hop Atlanta alum Maurice "Arkansas Mo" Fayne has been charged with bank fraud for misusing COVID Loan funds.
  • Mo pleaded guilty to six counts of federal bank fraud after federal prosecutors say he used the PPP loan funds to furnish the expensive lifestyle that included $85,000 in jewelry, Rolex Presidential Watch, diamond bracelet, 5.73-carat diamond ring for himself, and $40,000 in child support.
  • He received a total of $2,045,800 but now as a result of his crime, Mo has to give up $100,000 from his different bank accounts and eight of his Kenworth trucks.
  • Because Mo decided to plead guilty, 14 charges were dropped and it was recommended that he serve 12.5 years in prison instead of the maximum sentence of 30 years.
