Remember that one time Trey Songz was in trouble with the police while attending a Chiefs game because he had his mask down (like many others). Well, things got a little violent when there was video of Trey having a cop in a headlock. He was arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest and for assaulting a police officer, a low-grade felony. By the way, he was wearing a mask during the game, but he at some point pulled it down from his face, possibly while eating. But according to TMZ, Trey will not face criminal charges. The Prosecutor's Office for Jackson County, MO say they have decided to decline filing charges against the singer, citing insufficient evidence. Even though the cop says Trey threw the first punch, Trey's people said the cop had his eye on Trey way before the altercation.
