CBS has announced that Sharon Osbourne will no longer be on The Talk. They released an official statement on Friday. They said, "Sharon Osbourne has decided to leave The Talk. The events of the March 10 broadcast were upsetting to everyone involved, including the audience watching at home. They also said, "As part of our review, we concluded that Sharon's behavior toward her co-hosts during the March 10 episode did not align with our values for a respectful workplace." "The Talk will return with original episodes on Monday, April 12th, 2021, following the pre-scheduled hiatus the week of April 5th.” This all stems from Sharon defending her friend, British journalist Piers Morgan, when he blasted Meghan Markle following her CBS interview with Oprah Winfrey on March 7th.
