Criminal Charges Have Been Permanently Dropped Against Kenneth Walker

When I think of Breonna Taylor's situation, it still angers me. Imagine being in your home and all of a sudden it's a like storm of police barge in and fire shots. Of course, we all know that's what happened in her case, where she was shot and killed by police, in what they have been calling a no-knock warrant situation. Breonna's boyfriend, Kenneth Walker was hit with criminal charges because he fired his gun back at police. Kenneth had been saying for the longest, he never heard the police announce themselves and he pulled his gun out in self-defense. According to TMZ, Judge Olu Stevens of Jefferson Circuit Court in Kentucky handed down the ruling Monday that the criminal charges Kenneth was originally facing would be dismissed with prejudice, which, means they can't be filed against him again. However, one of the police officers still has his lawsuit against Kenneth. By the way, that's one of the cops who fired shots into Breonna's room. Crazy, right?
