How crazy is it that you start a brand, sell it, then have to come back and sue that brand that was once yours. That's what happened with Sean "Diddy" Combs. He is suing his former brand, Sean John for $25 million. According to AllHipHop, Sean John launched a new clothing line for women with a company called Missguided, but they used Diddy's image and likeness illegally and without his permission. Bad move. Even though Diddy hasn't owned the brand for the past 4 years, Diddy claims Sean John, Missguided and GBG made up quotes to make it seem as if Diddy was still associated with the brand when they launched their women's line. But wait, the company even used Diddy's image in a :40 second video promoting the clothing line. He didn't authorize that. Diddy says this isn't going down on his watch.
