I would have figured Kanye West would have handled this situation by now, before it got bigger. But it seems like it has already gotten bigger. Months ago, we heard that some staffers weren't happy with Kanye after they said they didn't get paid for their work on his opera that took place in November 2019. According to Hip Hop Wired, about 1,000 staffers are pissed and they are coming for him. Some class action lawsuits were filed last year from people who allege that they were not afforded any of the usual worker rights of overtime pay or lunch and rest breaks. Many people said they were either paid late or not at all. In total, Kanye faces a $30 million lawsuit. Damn, this on top of rumors of he and Kim divorcing, is a lot to deal with.
