According to The Hollywood Reporter, the intern signed a nondisclosure agreement that contained a $500,000 liquidated damages provision. So what happened? The intern shared nonpublic images on Instagram, something the NDA prohibits. On top of that, Inwards didn't even remove the images even after receiving multiple cease and desist letters. On top of that, Yeezy is coming for punitive damages as well because they think Inwards is acting maliciously. I mean, as an intern, are you really trying to put up a fight, even after signing an NDA? Looks like he is going to lose this battle.
